We have loved every session of Baby Yoga. We practice the movements and sing the songs all the time. Daisy has really enjoyed meeting other babies and making new friends. We can’t wait to move onto Toddler Yoga now she is becoming more mobile’.
Absolutely the best course to do for early baby development. We soon found ourselves using the yoga techniques and songs at home, much to the amusement of my son. We loved it and made some great friends along the way! It brightened up my Monday mornings no end.
Postnatal Yoga with Sarah has been fantastic for both my daughter and myself.It has helped me find time and techniques for relaxation with a small baby whilst helping me to regain strength and muscle post labour. I attended Sarah's pregnancy yoga classes and this has been a great follow on. Sarah is extremely knowledgeable and her yoga classes and advice certainly helped me have the labour I hoped for.

Baby Yoga is great! We both really enjoy it and have a lovely time. Ellie always seems very happy during the class and definately sleeps much better afterwards. Looking forward to the next course.
