Small Groups (2-3 mothers and babies)

If you have one or two friends who would like to do baby yoga, baby massage or a combination, then this can be arranged. For groups of 3-4 the classes would be held in my home in Warfield, Bracknell.

Cost:

For a 5 week course the cost would be £36 per mother and baby.
For a 6 week course £42 per mother and baby

Larger groups (6-8 mothers)

For larger groups a local venue would be sought. Please note a minimum of 6 mothers and babies would be required to cover venue costs.

The cost would be £36 per class, to be divided by individuals within the group. For example:

7 mothers and babies, cost per class = £5.10 each (£25 for a 5 week course)
6 mothers and babies, cost per class = £6 each (£30 for a 5 week course)
5 mothers and babies, cost per class = £7.20 each (£36 for a 5 week course)

The course length could be adapted to suit the group, but would usually be between four and six weeks.

What can I offer your group?

I can tailor the length and content of the course to suit the needs of the group incorporating. I can run courses on: Baby yoga, Baby massage, Postnatal yoga or a combination of these. For example some group like to focus mainly on postnatal yoga, with some baby yoga included and vice versa.

Please note if you want to include baby massage in your course there will be a small additional charge of £2 per person, to cover the cost of oil and a set of illustrated handouts (which I would provide).

One to Ones

I offer one to one sessions in baby massage, baby yoga or postnatal yoga. These sessions would usually be held in my home in Warfield and allow for tailor made sessions that address the individual needs of you and your baby.

Cost:

For a one hour session £25
Or 3 sessions for £60.
